Data loading is a crucial initial step in practical quantum computations, especially in finance where precise representation of complex probability distributions is vital. We introduce an improved algorithm that constructs efficient shallow quantum circuits for encoding probability distributions, including heavy-tailed distributions such as Lévy. We have validated our method on the 133-qubit IBM Heron QPU, demonstrating efficiency, and scalability and opening new possibilities for financial modeling using quantum computing.
