Q2B Code of Conduct

This Q2B Code of Conduct applies to any attendance of, or participation in, any Q2B eventhosted or organized by QC Ware Corp. (“QC Ware”), including in-person events and onlineevents (each, an “Event”) and is part of the Agreement between you and QC Ware. Pleasereview this Code of Conduct each time you attend an Event as this Code of Conduct will beupdated from time to time. You may not, and you must not, attend or participate in any Event ifyou do not agree to follow this Code of Conduct.
QC Ware is committed to providing a professional, friendly, safe and welcoming environmentfor all participants at its virtual, in-person, or hybrid meetings – Q2B, Webinars, Symposiums,etc. – regardless of gender, sexual orientation, disability, race ethnicity, religion, national originor other protected class. We expect cooperation from all participants to help ensure a safeenvironment for everybody.
Required Behavior:
- Exercise consideration and respect in your speech and actions
- Attempt collaboration before conflict
- Refrain from demeaning, discriminatory, or harassing behavior or speech
- Refrain from unwelcome and uninvited attention or contact with another participant
- Refrain from verbal or written comments, or visual images, that are sexually suggestive,or that show hostility or aversion to an individual, or group of individuals
- Refrain from participating in any form of harassment towards participants in this event orrelated events
- Refrain from harming, threatening, or interfering with meetings
- Refrain from taking and sharing audio and videos unless authorized
- Refrain from promoting other events, including, without limitation, the solicitation of anyEvent participants to speak at such events unless otherwise authorized by QC Ware
- Refrain from handing out literature or materials unless done so at a sponsored booth orotherwise authorized by QC Ware
- Refrain from organizing or hosting your own promotional or business side events and/oractivities within the conference (such as separate Event dinners) unless done inconnection with an official Event sponsorship
If a participant does not comply the foregoing, QC Ware may take any action it deemsappropriate, up to and including expulsion from the Event without warning or refund, and, ifappropriate, may involve local law enforcement.
How to report unacceptable behavior:
If you would like to speak with someone about any incident or concern, pleasecontact q2b@qcware.com and provide the following information:
- Date of incident
- Approximate time of incident
- Name of person making the report
- If this report is made on behalf of another person, the name of that person
- Contact information for the person making this report (mobile phone and email)
- Name of person whose behavior prompted this report (if know)
- Brief description of the incident or behavior, and concerns
- Please state if you wish your report to remain completely confidential
